So you’ve checked out all the information we’ve emailed, maybe had a chat with Adrian on the phone, checked out our brilliant reviews and fun socials (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), got very excited, and you’re ready to book! Great decision by the way – you’re about to make your bride very happy, and yourself the most popular MOH or Bridesmaid EVER!

HOW TO BOOK

To make your booking, please check availability with us first. Once you confirm you want to book you pay an initial deposit of £10 per person. A second payment of £50-60 per person is due 2 weeks later. Final balances are due 8 weeks before arrival if you are booking for the same year (eg if you book in 2026 for a 2026 arrival). If you are booking in the preceding year (eg if you book in 2026 for a 2027 arrival) we will ask for a further payment in January of the year of arrival (Please ask us for details).

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?!

Once we have received your initial payment we issue a booking form (which includes your payment schedule), accommodation inventory, further FAQs and a Guest Registration form. This is sent by email. If you have any questions you can call or email us – if you’ve never organised a group weekend before, Renee is your wing woman having helped literally thousands of groups over the past 20 years. Pacing and itinerary are really important – you want enough to do but also a bit of downtime to chat & chill. That’s where our starter ‘HENFEST‘ weekend works so well with a Posh Frocks & Wellies® walk, a hot tub session & a silent disco hire. You can add on other activities too. We like to make arrangements for you as early as possible to ensure things are available, but in any event, Renee will call you usually 8 weeks before arrival, following receipt of all your payments and your Guest Registration form. This call is a good time to run through your itinerary, check everything is arranged for you correctly, and for you to ask any of those burning last minute questions!

WHAT ABOUT FOOD & DRINK?

Our properties are all self-catering so have a full sized cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, and all the crockery you need. Some groups don’t want the hassle of cooking for a big group so we do offer some delicious catering options from a luxury Afternoon Tea on vintage china (from Renee & Adrian’s wedding!) Also delivered 2 and 3 course meals you can just pop in the oven without any effort! All major supermarkets deliver, just make sure you book it for well after your arrival in case you are delayed.

ARRIVAL 

Check in is from 3pm. On arrival, please call us on the number provided and we will show you around and get you settled in. Once you are checked in your group members can call you on arrival for you to greet them.

ACCOMMODATION & PARTY ROOM INVENTORY

A detailed inventory is provided when you book. Please share this with your group so they know what is on site and what they should bring.
